The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Assent is given to the Agreement of cooperation between the Federal State, the Flemish Region, the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region amending the cooperation agreement of 2 September 2013 between the Federal State, the Flemish Region, the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region relating to the integration of the air activities in the community system of exchange of quotas of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the 2008/10
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
