The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In title V of the Act of 31 December 1983 of institutional reforms for the German-speaking Community, a chapter VIbis entitled "Different financial means".
Art. 3. In chapter VIbis inserted by article 2, an article 58vicies is inserted as follows:
"Art. 58vicies. § 1
er. For the 2015 fiscal year, an amount equal to Euro3,000 is granted to the German-speaking Community.
§ 2. From the 2016 fiscal year, an amount equal to Euro7,000 is granted to the German-speaking Community.
The means referred to in paragraph 1
er are recorded annually in the federal authority's general spending budget. »
Art. 4. This Act produces its effects on 1
er January 2015.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
