PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 3 of the Royal Decree of 30 September 2005 denoting the offences by degree to the general regulations made pursuant to the Law on Road Traffic Police, as amended by the Royal Decrees of 28 December 2006, 7 April 2007, 9 January 2013 and 28 March 2013, it is inserted the 39/1° as follows:


Art. 3. The King is authorized to amend the provision referred to in Article 2.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
