To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers have adopted and We are convinced that:
Article 1er
This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2
The management contract and the public service assignment agreements referred to in Article 15 of the Act of 21 December 1998 establishing the "Belgian Technical Cooperation", shortened: "CTB", do not constitute an act or regulation referred to in Article 14 of the Laws on the Council of State, coordinated on 12 January 1973. All their clauses are deemed contractual.
Art. 3
The King shall determine the effective date of this Act.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
