17 FEBRUARY 1999. - An Act to approve the following International Acts: 1. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Government of the French Republic concerning the delimitation of the territorial sea, and 2. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Government of the French Republic on the delimitation of the Continental Shelf, signed in Brussels on 8 October 1990 (1). - CORRIGENDUM



"The Act of 17 February 1993 approving the following International Acts: 1. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Government of the French Republic on the delimitation of the territorial sea; and 2. Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and the Government of the French Republic concerning the delimitation of the Continental Shelf, signed in Brussels on 8 October 1990, was published in the Belgian Monitor of 1er December 1993.
This same law was published a second time at the Belgian Monitor of 18 December 1998 at pages 40183 - 40190.
This second publication is due to an administrative error and must be considered null and void. Only publication dated 1er December 1993 is faith. »
