To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This law regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 3°, of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The general expenditure budget for the 1999 fiscal year is adjusted in accordance with the totals of the programs included in the appropriation tables annexed to this Act.
Art. 3. The credits in basic allowances 26/54.1.5.1201, 26/54.1.5.5301, 31/55.2.4.0101, 31/55.2.4.1291, 31/55.2.4.5341, 31/55.2.4.5342, 31/55.2.4.8102 and 31/55.2.4.8104 may be used as follows:
- either for the expenses provided by the title, the statement of reasons and the legal basis of the basic allowance;
- either for the planned expenses within the programme, with a redistribution as provided for in Article 15 of the laws on State accounting coordinated on 17 July 1991;
- either to pay operational costs, compensation and economic damage, if existing credits are insufficient and if there are still credits available to other basic allowances. The Ministers of Agriculture and Public Health are authorized, after agreement of the Minister of Budget, to adjust these credits between the basic allocations mentioned, with a transfer order.
Art. 4. The appropriations approved by this Act will be covered by the Treasury.
Art. 5. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
