ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives has adopted and sanctions the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 3°, of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The General Estimates for the 1999 fiscal year are adjusted in accordance with the totals of the programs in the adjusted appropriation table annexed to this Act.
Art. 3. By derogation from Article 2 of the State Accounting Laws, coordinated on 17 July 1991, expenses relating to the payment of the year-end allowance to the gendarme, military and civilian personnel of the Gendarmerie and the General Service of Assistance Policier, may be subject to credit opening orders whose commitment on the appropriations of the 1999 budget year may be made after 31 December 1999.
Art. 4. The appropriations under this Act will be covered by the Treasury's general resources.
Art. 5. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
