ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to article 19, last paragraph, of the law of 28 June 1984 on certain aspects of the condition of foreigners and establishing the Code of Belgian nationality, naturalization with assimilation of residence abroad to residence in Belgium, is granted to:
Janane, Mohammed, born in Casablanca (Morocco) on 6 November 1955.
Art. 3. Pursuant to the Act of 28 June 1984 on certain aspects of the condition of foreigners and establishing the Code of Belgian nationality, naturalization is granted to:
Ali, Hussein, born in Afrine (Algeria) on 1er April 1953.
Ernaga, Rosa, born in Sierra Grande (Rio Negro, Argentina) on 10 January 1941.
Ghaouat, Amina, born in Tangier (Morocco) in 1943.
Kholti, Rahma, born in Telata de Raissama (Morocco) in 1945.
Luk, Shu Cheung, born in Hong Kong, China, on 13 January 1965.
Rabhiou, Farida, born in Beni Sidel (Tlat Louta, Morocco) on June 7, 1975.
Shalaby, Kadria, born in Alexandria (Egypt) on May 13, 1951.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
