To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
CHAPTER Ier. - General provisions
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 3° of the Constitution.
Art. 2. By derogation from articles 5 and 34 of the State Accounting Acts, coordinated on 17 July 1991, claims of prior years may be charged against the appropriations approved by the Act of 27 December 2002 containing the General Estimates for the 2003 fiscal year.
CHAPTER II. - Special provisions of departments
Art. 3. The General Estimates for the 2003 Budget Year are adjusted as follows:
§ 1er. increase of EUR 240,000 from non-separated credits to Section 01 - Spending, Division 33: Other Spending, Article 01.33.1: Arbitration Court;
§ 2. decrease of EUR 240,000 from non-separated credits to Section 03 - SPF Budget and Management Control, Division 04: Support for Federal Policy, Program 1: Provisional Credits, A.B. 04.10.0101.10.
CHAPTER III. - Miscellaneous provisions
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
