11 MARCH 2004. - An Act to amend the Act of 3 April 1953 of a judicial organization and to temporarily authorize the appointment of overcrowding judges



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In the table in section 1er the Act of April 3, 1953 of a judicial organization, replaced by the Act of July 20, 1998 and amended by the Act of November 29, 2001, the number "5" in the column "Deputies of the Attorney General" in relation to the siege of Mons is replaced by the number "6".
Art. 3. In Table III "Tribunals of First Instance", annexed to the same Act, replaced by the Act of 20 July 1998 and amended by the Acts of 28 March 2000 and 16 July 2002, the figures "30" and "33" in the columns "Trials" and "Promotions of the King's Prosecutor" in relation to the headquarters of Charleroi, are replaced respectively by the figures "32" and "36".
Art. 4. In the table "Number of the first substitutes of the King's Prosecutor in the Courts of First Instance", annexed to the same Act, replaced by the Act of 20 July 1998, the number "11" in the column "Maximum number of first substitutes of the King's Prosecutor (included in the number of substitutes of the King's Prosecutor)" in relation to the headquarters of Charleroi, is replaced by the number "12".
Art. 5. The appointment of an adviser to the Court of Appeal of Mons and a deputy of the Attorney General to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Court for a period of three years beginning on the date of entry into force of this Act may be made.
Art. 6. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
