DECLARATION
Belgium has filed the following statement:
"According to section 1er§ 4 of the Convention, the Government of Belgium declares that the transport by pipeline is excluded from the scope of the Convention.
The representative organizations of employers and workers were consulted in the National Labour Council which issued Opinion No. 1090, 1er March 1994".
