The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 71, paragraph 1er, from the law of 15 December 1980 on access to territory, residence, establishment and removal of aliens, replaced by the law of 10 July 1996 and amended by the law of 18 February 2003, the enumeration of the articles is supplemented by the reference to the article "8bis, § 4".
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
