17 FEBRUARY 2005. - An Act to amend the Act of 4 July 1989 relating to the limitation and control of election expenses incurred for the elections of the Federal Chambers, as well as to the financing and open accounting of political parties (1)

To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 15 of the Act of 4 July 1989 on the limitation and control of election expenses incurred for the elections of the Federal Chambers, as well as the open financing and accounting of political parties, the words "in both" are replaced by the words "in one of them".
Art. 3. Article 30, as follows, is inserted in the same law:
"Art. 30. When a political party that, at 1er June 2003, fulfils the conditions set out in section 15, as amended by the Act of 17 February 2005 amending the Act of 4 July 1989 relating to the limitation and control of election expenses incurred for the elections of the Federal Chambers, as well as to the financing and open accounting of the political parties, and those set out in section 15bis, has not obtained any staffing, the arrears of monthly holdings are allocated to the »
Art. 4. This Act produces its effects on 1er June 2003.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
