15 JUIN 2005. - An Act to amend section 488bis of the Civil Code and section 1727 of the Judicial Code (1)



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In article 488bis, f., § 3, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code, replaced by the law of 3 May 2003 amending the law relating to the protection of property of persons totally or partially unable to manage it because of their physical or mental condition, the following amendments are made:
1° (e) is replaced by the following provision:
"(e) renounce a succession or a universal or universal legacy or accept it, which can only be done under inventory benefit; »;
2° (f) is replaced by the following provision:
“(f) accept a donation or a legacy in a particular capacity; "
Art. 3. Section 1727 of the Judicial Code, inserted by the Act of 21 February 2005, is amended as follows:
1° § 4, paragraph 5, is replaced by the following paragraph:
"The terms of the publication of the holidays, the nomination of candidates and the presentation of the members shall be determined by ministerial order. »;
2° § 7, paragraph 2, is replaced by the following paragraph:
"The King determines the presence token that may be allocated to members of the Federal Mediation Commission, as well as the allowances that may be allocated to them in reimbursement of their travel and stay expenses. "
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor, with the exception of Article 3, which produces its effects on 22 March 2005.
