The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This special law regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 31 of the ordinary law of 9 August 1980 of institutional reforms, replaced by the law of 16 June 1989, is supplemented by § 3, which reads as follows:
“§3. Notwithstanding the composition provided for in § 1
er, the President of the Government of the German-speaking Community sits with a deliberate vote on the Committee for Consultation on the Prevention and Resolution of Conflict of Interest referred to in Articles 32 and 33 which involve either the Parliament or the Government of the German-speaking Community. »
Art. 3. Article 67 of the Act of 31 December 1983 of institutional reforms for the German-speaking Community, as amended by the Act of 18 July 1990, is repealed.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
