ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The King is authorized to make a contribution on behalf of Belgium of a maximum of 21.7 million euros to the International Development Association via the HIPC Trust Fund, in accordance with Resolution No. 209 entitled "Increasing Resources: Fourteenth Replenishment", adopted on 13 April 2005 by the Board of Governors of the said Association. This contribution is borne by the Development Cooperation budget for the years 2006, 2007 in 2008, representing an annual contribution of 7.23, 7.23 and 7.24 million euros respectively.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
