30 JULY 1981. - Law to punish certain acts inspired by racism or xenophobia. - Informal coordination in the German language



The following text constitutes the informal coordination in the German language of the Act of 30 July 1981 to suppress certain acts inspired by racism or xenophobia (Belgian Monitor of 8 August 1981, add. of 5 June 2007, as amended from time to time by:
-the Act of 15 February 1993 establishing a Centre for Equal Opportunities and Combating Racism (Belgian Monitor of 19 February 1993);
- the Act of 12 April 1994 amending the Act of 30 July 1981 to punish certain acts inspired by racism or xenophobia (Belgian Monitor of 14 May 1994);
- the Act of 7 May 1999 amending the Act of 30 July 1981 to punish certain acts inspired by racism or xenophobia, as well as the Act of 23 March 1995 to suppress the negation, minimization, justification or approval of the genocide committed by the German national-socialist regime during the Second World War (Belgian Monitor of 25 June 1999);
- the law of 26 June 2000 on the introduction of the euro in the legislation concerning the subjects referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution (Belgian Monitor of 29 July 2000);
- Act of 20 January 2003 on strengthening legislation against racism (Belgian Monitor of 12 February 2003, err of 14 May 2003);
- Act of 23 January 2003 on the alignment of the legal provisions in force with the Act of 10 July 1996 on the abolition of the death penalty and amending criminal penalties (Belgian Monitor of 13 March 2003);
- Act of 10 May 2007 amending the Act of 30 July 1981 to punish certain acts inspired by racism and xenophobia (Belgian Monitor of 30 May 2007, add. of 5 June 2007).
This informal coordination in the German language was established by the German Central Translation Service in Malmedy.
