22 AVRIL 2010. - An Act to amend sections 92, 109bis and 1301 of the Judicial Code (1)



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 92, § 1er1° is repealed from the Judicial Code.
Art. 3. In Article 109bis, § 2, paragraph 1er, of the same Code, inserted by the Act of 19 July 1985 and amended by the Act of 9 July 1997, the words "With the exception of requests for the state of persons" are repealed.
Art. 4. In Article 1301, paragraph 2, of the same Code, the words "in the case of application of Article 109bis, § 2, paragraph 2 or 3," are inserted before the words "the president".
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
