The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 44, § 3, of the Value-Added Tax Code, the 14°, inserted by the Program Law of 24 December 2002, is replaced by the following:
"14° the services and the delivery of goods other than those services performed by postal service providers, who undertake to provide all or part of the universal postal service, when these services relate to universal postal services as defined in section 142 of the Act of 21 March 1991 on the reform of certain economic public enterprises. »
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on 1
er January 2012.
The King may, by order deliberately in the Council of Ministers, set a date of entry into force prior to that referred to in paragraph 1
er.
The King will seize the Legislative Chambers immediately if they are gathered, if not at the opening of their next session, of a bill to confirm the order made pursuant to the preceding paragraph.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
