ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 554, paragraph 7, of the Corporate Code, inserted by the Act of 6 April 2010, the words "independent administrator, within the meaning of section 526ter" are replaced by the words "non-executive administrator".
Art. 3. This Act applies to the conventions referred to in section 554, paragraph 7, of the Corporations Code that are entered into or extended after its entry into force.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
