The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. in article 4 of the law of 9 July 2001 laying down certain rules for the legal framework for electronic signatures and certification services, paragraph 6, inserted by the law of December 13, 2010 and repealed by the Act of May 31, 2011, is restored in the following wording: "§ § 6 6.» The signature of the holder of a certificate may be materialized by a satisfactory equivalent to the requirements referred to in article 2, paragraph 2 (2). "Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
