The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 16, § 2, of the Law of November 10, 2006 on Opening Hours in Trade, Craft and Services, the following amendments are made:
1° in the introductory sentence of paragraph 1
er, the words "products" are replaced by the words "one of the groups of products";
2° in paragraph 2, the words ", outside the establishment unit, it is only referred to this activity, that it is only made advertising for this activity, that the choice of other products is limited and that" are deleted;
3° in paragraph 2, the words "of the product or products constituting the main activity" are replaced by the words "of the group of products constituting the main activity".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
