The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. in article 16, § 2, of the Act of 10 November 2006 hours in trade, crafts and services, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the introductory sentence of paragraph 1, the words 'of the products' shall be replaced by the words "of one of the product groups ';
2 ° in paragraph 2, the words ', outside the establishment unit, only reference is made to this activity, that it is only made advertising for this activity, the choice of other products is limited and that "shall be deleted;
3 ° in paragraph 2, the words "of the product or products constituting the main activity," shall be replaced by the words "of the Group of products constituting the main activity.
