The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 77 of the Constitution.
S. 2. article 3, paragraph 1, of the Act of March 2, 1954 to prevent and suppress violations of the free exercise of sovereign powers established by the Constitution is replaced by the following provision: «outdoor gatherings and individual demonstrations are forbidden in the part of the territory of the capital including hereinafter public roads: rue Ducale. Street of the North (street of Leuven in place Surlet de Chokier) of the Croix-de-Fer, rue Royale (the intersection of the streets of the Croix-de-Fer, education and the Treurenberg at place Royale), Colonies (of rue Royale to rue the gentleman), place des Palais and rue Brederode, as well as within the area bounded by these highways. "Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
