The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Chapter 1. -Provisions General Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. -Amendments to the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, residence, establishment and removal of aliens arts 2. in article 54 of the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, residence, the establishment, the § 1, repealed by the law of 12 January 2007 on the reception of applicants for asylum and certain other categories of aliens, was re-established in the following wording: "§ 1.» Between the notification of the enforceable decision on the request for asylum and until the expiry of the period to leave the territory, the Minister or his delegate may designate a center back to the asylum seeker concerned as well as to the members of his family.
Decisions relating to the determination of the State responsible for examining the asylum application are not covered by paragraph 1.
The King fixed the system and operating rules return centers and the amount of the daily allowance.

"CHAPTER 3. -Amendments to the law of 12 January 2007 on the reception of applicants for asylum and certain other categories of aliens art. 4. in the law of 12 January 2007 on the reception of applicants for asylum and certain other categories of aliens, it is inserted an article 4/1 as follows: «art.» 4/1. All asylum referred to a return facility within the meaning of article 54, § 1 of the Act of 15 December 1980 on access, stay, stay and expulsion of aliens, as well as members of his family, cease to be beneficiaries of the home within the meaning of this Act. The King may set a date of entry into force earlier than referred to in paragraph 1.
