Posted the: 2012-07-19 Numac: 2012009282 FEDERAL JUSTICE PUBLIC SERVICE July 5, 2012. -Act to amend the Criminal Code to establish an aggravating circumstance for offences committed against referees of sporting events (1) ALBERT II, King of the Belgians, to all, present and future, hi.
The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. in the penal Code, it is inserted an article 410ter as follows: «art.» 410ter. in the case referred to in articles 398 to 405, if the culprit had committed the crime or offence to a referee sporting event, the minimum of the penalty carried by these articles will be increased to a maximum of half of this sentence is a term of imprisonment and increased by one year if it comes to life. ».
Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
