The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
2. in article 3, § 1, of the consumer credit Act of 12 June 1991, replaced by the law of June 13, 2010, the 3rd is replaced by the following: "3 ° interest-free credit contracts for which the collected credit is repaid within a period not exceeding two months, and for which the lender charges lower to 4.17 euros on monthly basis.
These costs consist of the costs referred to in article 1, 5 °, PRN calculated on basis of the elements referred to in article 1, 6 °.
The threshold amount is indexed on 1 January of each year based on the following formula: 4.17 euros multiplied by the new index and divided by the starting index. The new index is the price index for the consumption of the month of December of the previous year and the starting index is the price index for the consumption of the month of December 2010. The indexed amount is rounded in accordance with the rules which apply to the Borough of the borrowing rate article 1, 8º. The King may modify this threshold amount; ».
S. 3 this Act comes into force the day after its publication in the Moniteur belge.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
