The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 6.3 of the Royal Decree of 1
December 1975, with a general regulation on the road traffic police and the use of the highway, paragraph 2 is supplemented by the words, "no road signals related to priority B22 and B23. "
Art. 3. In section 67.3 of the same order, amended by the Royal Decree of 18 September 1991 and by the Act of 28 December 2011 amending the Royal Decree of 1
December 1975, establishing a general regulation on the road traffic police and the use of the public highway in order to allow cyclists to cross traffic lights in certain cases, the words "to any other driver" in the French text are replaced by the words "to other road users".
Art. 4. The King may amend, repeal or replace the provisions amended by this Act.
Art. 5. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
