The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The Royal Decree of 20 September 2012 enforcing sections 116, paragraph 2, and 119 of the Act of 28 December 2011 on various provisions concerning the pension of civil aviation personnel is confirmed with effect to 1
er January 2012.
Art. 3. The Royal Decree of 24 September 2012 enforcing section 123 of the Act of 28 December 2011 on various provisions is confirmed with effect on 1
er January 2012, with the exception of section 1
er, 1°, b), which is confirmed with effect 1
er November 2012.
Art. 4. This Act comes into force on the day of its publication in the Belgian Monitor.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
