10 DECEMBER 2012. - An Act to amend section 124 of the Act of 25 June 1992 on the land insurance contract with respect to the reduction of capital of life insurance in the event of succession



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Section 124 of the Land Insurance Contract Act of 25 June 1992 is replaced by the following:
"Art. 124. Report or reduction in the event of death of the insurance provider.
In the event of death of the insurance taker, the insurance benefit is, in accordance with the Civil Code, subject to reduction and, as long as the insurance taker has expressly specified, to report. "
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
