27 DECEMBER 2012. - An Act to fix the military contingent for the year 2013 (1)



ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74, 4°, of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The military contingent for the year 2013 is set at a maximum of 32,326 military personnel.
Not included in this number, military personnel who are on standby under the Act of 25 May 2000 on the laying-off of certain military personnel from the active military and military personnel who are on voluntary suspension of benefits under sections 36 to 50 of the Act of 22 December 2008 on various provisions (1).
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on 1er January 2013.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
