16 JANVIER 2013. - Special Act to amend the taxable material referred to in Article 3 of the Act of 27 December 1994 enacting the Agreement on the Collection of a Right of Use for the Use of Certain Roads by Heavy Duty Vehicles, signed in Brussels on 9 February 1994, between the Governments of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands,

The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Article 3, paragraph 1 of the Act of 27 December 1994 enacting the Agreement on the Collection of a Right of Use for the Use of Certain Roads by Heavy Duty Vehicles, signed in Brussels on 9 February 1994, between the Governments of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands and establishing a provision of Eurov9/
"The eurovignette shall be subject to motor vehicles and sets of articulated vehicles intended or exclusively used for the carriage by road of goods and a total authorized load of at least 12 tonnes. "
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
