The House of Representatives adopted and sanctioned the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 74 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Pursuant to the law of 1^er March 2000 amending certain provisions concerning Belgian nationality, naturalization is granted to:
Allaoui, Ahmed, born in Chlief (Algeria) in 1982.
Avci, Sule, born in Kozan (Turkey) on 1^er March 1972.
Babayan married Mirzoyan, Natalya, born in Kobouleti, Armenia, on 23 July 1940.
Babimbissa Baniakina, Géry Luc, born in Pointe-Noire (Congo (rep. pop.)) on October 18, 1978.
El Hadri, Mohammed, born in Tetouan (Morocco) on 15 August 1971.
Ercan, Abdulcelil, born in Midyat (Turkey) on 17 March 1974.
Esmurziev, Muhamad, born in Mangyshlak (Russian Federation) on 23 February 1980.
Ignacio, Julieta, born in Manaoag (Philippines) on 29 July 1971.
Keita, Hawa, born in Mopti (Mali) on April 26, 1969.

Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
