S. 4. the provisions of articles 2 and 3 are applicable to pensions that take courses effectively and for the first time not earlier than January 1, 2013.
S. 5. This chapter is effective January 1, 2013.
CHAPTER 3. -Ceiling wage art. 6a article 7 of the royal decree No. 50 of 24 October 1967 on retirement and survival of salaried workers pension, as last amended by the law of 23 December 2005, the following changes are made: 1 ° paragraph 3 is supplemented by the following sentence: "in the total supra real, fictional, and lump-sum remuneration, it is not taken into account of fictitious earnings which are limited to the salary referred to in article 8. , § 1, paragraph 1, of the royal decree of 23 December 1996. »;
