The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
2. in article 433quinquies, § 1, of the penal Code, inserted by the law of August 10, 2005 1 paragraph is replaced by the following: "constitutes the offence of trafficking humans due to recruit, transport, transfer, host, host someone, to take or to transfer control exercised on it: 1 ° for purposes of exploitation of prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation;
2 ° for purposes of exploitation of begging;
3 ° for the purposes of labour or services, in a manner contrary to human dignity;
4 ° for the purpose of removal of organs in violation of the law of 13 June 1986 on the removal and transplantation of organs, or human body material in violation of the law of December 19, 2008 on procurement and use of human body material intended for human medical applications or for purposes of scientific research;
5 ° or to commit a crime or an offence by that person against their will. ».
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
