29 AVRIL 2013. - An Act to amend section 433quinquies of the Criminal Code to clarify and extend the definition of human trafficking (1)

ALBERT II, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In Article 433quinquies, § 1^erParagraph 1 of the Criminal Code, inserted by the Act of 10 August 2005,^er is replaced by the following:
"Constitutes the offence of trafficking in human beings by recruiting, transporting, transferring, hosting, welcoming a person, taking or transferring control over it:
1° for exploitation of prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation;
2° for use of begging;
3° for work or services, in conditions contrary to human dignity;
4° for the purpose of collecting organs in violation of the Act of 13 June 1986 on the collection and transplantation of organs, or human bodily material in violation of the Act of 19 December 2008 on the obtaining and use of human bodily material for human medical applications or for scientific research purposes;
5° or in order to commit a crime or offence by that person against his or her will. "
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
