Posted the: 2013-07-23 Numac: 2013009350 FEDERAL JUSTICE PUBLIC SERVICE 29 April 2013. -Act to amend article 433decies of the Criminal Code to clarify the particularly vulnerable situation of the victim of a merchant in sleep (1) ALBERT II, King of the Belgians, to all, present and to come, hi.
The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
2. in article 433decies of the penal Code, inserted by the law of August 10, 2005 and amended by the law of November 26, 2011, the words ", so that the person has in fact no other option true and acceptable to submit to this abuse" are repealed.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
