17 AOUT 2013. - An Act to amend the Act of 7 December 1998 to organize an integrated, two-tiered police service (1)

The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In the Act of 7 December 1998 establishing an integrated, two-tiered police service, an article 256bis is inserted, as follows:
"By derogation from the provisions of Article 36 and without prejudice to Article 37, paragraph 5, the zonal security plan which was approved by the Ministers of the Interior and Justice for the years 2009-2012 remains in effect until December 31, 2013. "
Art. 3. This Act produces its effects on 1^er January 2013.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
