The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. This Act partially transposes Directive 2009/52/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 18 June 2009 providing minimum standards for sanctions and measures against employers of third-country nationals in irregular residence.
Art. 3. In Article 2, §§ 1
er, 3 and 5, of the Act of 2 June 2010 containing provisions of social criminal law, as amended by the Act of 29 March 2012, the number "49/1" is replaced by the number " 49/2".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
