CHAPTER 1
er. - Introductory provision
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. - Amendments to section 8 of Part IV of the Programme Law (I) of 27 December 2006
Art. 2. In section 137 of the Program Law (I) of 27 December 2006, the 4° to 6° and 9° to 11° are repealed.
Art. 3. In section 138 of the Act, the following amendments are made:
1° to paragraph 1
erthe provisions under the second and fourth dash are repealed;
2° in paragraph 2, the words "and categories of seconded trainees as well as the institutions to which they attend their studies or vocational training" are repealed;
3° in paragraph 3, the words "and categories of self-employed trainees as well as the institutions to which they attend their studies or vocational training" are repealed.
Art. 4. In section 139 of the Act, the following amendments are made:
1° paragraph 2 is repealed;
2° in paragraph 3, the words "or the detached trainee or institution to which he or she attends his or her vocational education" are repealed.
Art. 5. In section 141, paragraph 1
er, of the same law, the words "and 5°" are repealed.
Art. 6. In section 153 of the Act, the following amendments are made:
1° paragraph 2 is repealed;
2° in paragraph 3, the words "or the independent seconded trainee or the institution to which he or she attends his or her vocational education" are repealed.
Art. 7. In section 155, paragraph 1
er, of the same law, the words "and 10°" are repealed.
Art. 8. In section 163 of the Act, amended by the Act of 1
er March 2007, the following amendments are made:
1° in paragraph 1
er, the words ", independent and detached trainees" are replaced by the words "and independent";
2° in paragraph 2, the words ", independent or seconded trainee" are replaced by the words "and independent".
CHAPTER 3. - Amendments to the Social Criminal Code
Art. 9. In section 103 of the Social Criminal Code, the words ", independents or independent trainees" are replaced by the words "or independents".
Art. 10. In Article 116, § 6, of the same Code, the words ", independents or independent interns" are replaced by the words "or independents".
Art. 11. Article 182, § 1
erthe following amendments are made to the Code:
1° to paragraph 1
er2° and 3° are repealed;
2° in paragraph 2, the words ", independent trainees or interns" are repealed.
Art. 12. In section 183 of the same Code, the following amendments are made:
1° to paragraph 1
er, 1°, the words "and detached trainees" are repealed;
2° to paragraph 1
er2°, the words "and detached independent trainees" are repealed;
3° in paragraph 2, the words ", interns, independents or independent interns" are replaced by the words "or independents".
CHAPTER 4. - Final provision
Art. 13. This Act produces its effects on 1
er July 2013.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
