The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Chapter 1. -Available general Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. -Staffing allocated to his Majesty the King Albert II s. 2. an annual and lifetime allocation is allocated to the public Treasury of 923.000 euros to his Majesty King Albert II.
3. chapters 2 to 4 of the Act of 27 November 2013 regarding allocations and the allowances paid to members of the Royal family as well as the transparency of the financing of the monarchy, are applicable to the allocation referred to in article 2.
Share treatment referred to in article 3, 1 °, of the law of 27 November 2013 regarding allocations and the allowances paid to members of the Royal family as well as the transparency of the financing of the monarchy, amounts to double the gross salary of departure of a Councillor of State.
Ten agents of the State or members of the special forces are up, put at the disposal of his Majesty King Albert II.
S. 4. with effect from July 21, 2013 until 31 December 2013 a staffing is allocated to his Majesty King Albert II, to the public Treasury that on annual basis, amounts to 923.000 euros.
CHAPTER 3. -Entry into force art. 5 this Act comes into force on January 1, 2014, with the exception of article 4, which shall enter into force the day of the publication of this Act in the Moniteur belge.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
