The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. The Amendment to Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, adopted in Kampala on 10 June 2010 at the Review Conference of the Rome Statute, will come out its full and complete effect.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.

Amendment to article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court
Add the following points to paragraph 2, (e):
"xiii) the use of poison or poisoned weapons;
(xiv) the use of asphyxiating, toxic or similar gases, as well as any similar liquids, materials or processes;
xv) the use of balls that spread or fade easily into the human body, such as balls whose hard envelope does not cover the entire center or is pierced with inlets. »
