The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 77 of the Constitution.
S. 2. the amendment to article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, adopted in Kampala on 10 June 2010 at the Review Conference of the Rome Statute, will release its full and complete effect.
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.

Amendment to article 8 of the Rome Statute of the ICC International add to paragraph 2, e), section 8 the following: «xiii) employing poison or poisoned weapons;
XIV) employing asphyxiating, poisonous or other gases, gases, as well as all liquids, materials or analogous processes;
