29 JANVIER 2014. - An Act to amend the Royal Decree of 1er December 1975, establishing a general regulation on the road traffic and the use of the public highway to introduce a speed limitation for the track signals F99a, F99b and F99c



PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In article 22quinquies of the Royal Decree of 1er December 1975, establishing the General Regulation on Road Traffic and Public Channel Use Police, a 22quinquies4 is inserted as follows:
"22quinquies4. Speed is limited to 30 km per hour."
Art. 3. In article 22octies of the Royal Decree of 1er December 1975, establishing a general regulation on the road traffic police and the use of the highway, a 22octies3 is inserted as follows:
"22octies3. Speed is limited to 30 km per hour."
Art. 4. The King may again amend or repeal the amendments made by this Act.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
