Posted the: 2014-03-21 Numac: 2014332150 FEDERAL PUBLIC SERVICE mobility and transport 29 January 2014. -Act to amend the royal decree 1 December 1975 on general regulations the police road traffic and the use of the highway to introduce a speed limit for the channels marked with F99a, F99b and F99c PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians, signals to all, present and future, hi.
The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. in article 22quinquies of the royal decree of 1 December 1975 on general regulations on police road traffic and the use of public roads, it is inserted as follows 22quinquies4: '22quinquies4. The speed is limited to 30 km per hour."
S. 3. in article 22octies of the royal decree of 1 December 1975 on general regulations on police road traffic and the use of public roads, it is inserted as follows 22octies3: '22octies3. The speed is limited to 30 km per hour."
S. 4. the King again may amend or repeal the amendments made by this Act.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
