9 MARCH 2014. - An Act respecting the allocation of outstanding benefits from the sale of gold distributed by the International Monetary Fund



PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Belgium pays the "Subsidy Account" of the IMF's Poverty Reduction and Growth Trust an amount equal to 75% of the IMF's dividends to Belgium as part of its share in the gold sales profits decided by the IMF Board of Directors of 18 September 2009.
Promulgation of this law, let us order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
