The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 77 of the Constitution.
S. 2. in article 19 of the Judicial Code, amended by the Act of April 26, 2007, a paragraph worded as follows is inserted between paragraphs 1 and 2: "the judge who has exhausted its jurisdiction on a contentious issue may more to be seized except where otherwise provided by this Code.".
S. 3. this Act comes into force the day of the entry into force of the law of 24 October 2013 amending the Judicial Code concerning the repair of material errors or omissions in the judgments as well as the interpretation of judgments.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
