PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 77 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In section 19 of the Judicial Code, as amended by the Act of 26 April 2007, a paragraph is inserted between paragraphs 1er and 2:
"The judge who has exhausted his jurisdiction over a litigious matter may no longer be seized of it except as provided for in this Code."
Art. 3. This Act comes into force on the day of the coming into force of the Act of 24 October 2013 amending the Judicial Code concerning the repair of material errors or omissions in judgments and the interpretation of judgments.
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
Given in Brussels on 28 February 2014.
