15 JANVIER 2014. - An Act to amend the Royal Decree of 1^er June 1934 regulating the exercise of dental art with respect to regulations relating to access to dental offices

PHILIPPE, King of the Belgians,
To all, present and to come, Hi.
The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1^er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in Article 78 of the Constitution.
Art. 2. In article 8quater of the Royal Decree of 1^er June 1934 regulating the exercise of dental art, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:
"It is permissible for qualified persons in accordance with Article 1^er to authorize the dental technician, as defined in the Royal Decree of December 21, 2006 on the professional competence for the exercise of independent activities relating to bodily care, optician, dental technician and funeral contractors, to access, in the presence of the patient who has consented to it, premises equipped for the dispensation of dental care, in the context of the promotion of dental work or the promotion of
The contribution of the dental technician is limited to oral and theoretical assistance and is made in the presence, under the authority and responsibility of the qualified person in accordance with section 1^er".
Promulgate this law, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
