The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
S. 2. this Act applies to the federal scientific institutions.
S. 3. article 43 of the laws on the use of languages in administrative matters, coordinated on 18 July 1966, is not applicable to foreign scientific collaborators who are engaged by contract of employment in scientific institutions, for tasks that are not permanent missions and who lack a degree in French language or language Dutch.
The list of scientific functions referred to in the preceding paragraph, is determined by the King, by a decree deliberated in the Council of Ministers.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
