The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Chapter 1. -Available general Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. -Of the repression of the sexism article 2. for the purposes of this Act, sexism means any gesture or behaviour which, in the circumstances described in article 444 of the penal Code, has obviously to express contempt for a person because of his sex, or to consider it, for the same reason as inferior or as reduced mainly to its sexual dimension and which results in an impairment of its dignity.

3 is punished by imprisonment of one month to one year and a fine of fifty thousand euro, or one of those penalties only, who adopted a behaviour referred to in article 2.
CHAPTER 3. -Amendments to the law of 10 May 2007 on combating discrimination between women and men in order to penalize the Act of discrimination art. 4. in the law of 10 May 2007 on combating discrimination between women and men, it is inserted an article 28/1 as follows: "article 28/1. Anyone in the area referred to in article 6, § 1, 1 °, is guilty of discrimination, within the meaning of article 5, 5 °, 6 °, 7 ° or 8 °, with respect to a person because of her sex, is punished by imprisonment of one month to one year and a fine of fifty thousand euro, or one of those penalties only.
The same penalties shall apply where discrimination is committed against a group, a community or their members because of sex. "."
S. 5. in the same Act inserted an article 28/2 as follows: "article
28/2. Anyone who, in the field of labour relations, is guilty of discrimination within the meaning of article 5, 5 °, 6 °, 7 ° or 8 °, with respect to a person because of her sex is punished by imprisonment of one month to one year and a fine of fifty thousand euro, or one of those penalties only.
The same penalties shall apply where discrimination is committed against a group, a community or their members because of sex. "."
Promulgate this Act, order that it self under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
