The Chambers have adopted and we endorse the following: Chapter 1. -Available general Article 1. This Act regulates a matter referred to in article 78 of the Constitution.
CHAPTER 2. -Provisions to correct several laws Home Affairs Section 1 – amendment of the law of August 6, 1931 establishing incompatibilities and prohibitions on the Ministers and Ministers of State, as well as the members and former members of the legislative chambers s. 2. article 6 of the law of August 6, 1931, establishing incompatibilities and prohibitions concerning the Ministers and Ministers of State, as well as the members and former members of the legislative chambers is repealed.
Section 2. -Amendments to the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, residence, establishment and removal of aliens arts
3A article 10ter of the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, residence, the establishment and removal of foreigners, as last amended by the Act of 15 may 2012, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the § 1, paragraph 2, the words "§ 2, paragraphs 1 and 2" shall be replaced by the words "§ 2, paragraph 1";
2 ° in § 2, paragraph 4, the words "paragraph 2" shall be replaced by the words "paragraph 3".

4. at article 12 bis of the same Act, replaced by the law of July 8, 2001 and amended by the Act of May 15, 2012, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the § 2, last paragraph, the words "paragraph 4" are replaced by the words "paragraph 5";
2 ° in § 4, paragraph 2, the words "article 9B, § 2" are replaced by the words "article 9B, § 5";
3 ° in the Dutch text of § 5, the words "in dit verband" are replaced by the words "met betrekking tot die band".
S. 5 A article 13, § 1, of the same law, replaced by the law of July 8, 2011 and amended by the Act of May 15, 2012, the following changes are made: 1 ° in the text of paragraph 3, second sentence, the word "de" is replaced by the word "geldt";
2 ° in the Dutch text of paragraph 4, the word "ingredient" is replaced by the word "dienen";
3 ° in paragraph 5, the words "paragraph 6" shall be replaced by the words "paragraph 7".
S. 6. in article 40B, subparagraph 2, second indent, last sentence, of the Act, replaced by the law of July 8, 2011, 'abroad' shall be replaced by the words "the Belgian national".
S. 7. in article 61/4, § 1, paragraph 2, of the Act, inserted by the law of 15 September 2006 and amended by the law of May 6, 2009, the words "article 13, § 1, paragraph 5" are replaced by the words "article 13, § 1, paragraph 6".
S. 8. in article 61/7, § 4, paragraph 1, of the Act, inserted by the Act of April 25, 2007, the words "paragraphs 1 and 5" are replaced by the words "paragraphs 1 and 6".
S. 9. in article 61/12, paragraph 2, of the Act, inserted by the Act of April 21, 2007, the words "paragraph 5" are replaced by the words "paragraph 6".
S. 10. in article 61/13, § 2, of the Act, inserted by the Act of April 21, 2007, the words "paragraph 6" shall be replaced by the words "paragraph 7".
Section 3. -Amendments to the law of 10 April 1990 regulating private and particular security articles 11. in article 13.15, paragraph 3, of the law of 10 April 1990 regulating security private and particular, the words "in articles 13.1, § 5, 13.5 and 13.11 to 13.14" are replaced by the words "articles 13.5 and 13.12 to 13.14".
S. 12. in the same Act, annex, inserted by the law of 13 January 2014, is replaced by the annex to this Act.
Section 4. -Amendments to the law of July 19, 1991 organising the profession of private investigator s. 13. in article 7, last paragraph, of the law of July 19, 1991, organizing the profession of private investigator, amended by the Act of 30 December 1996, the word 'social' is replaced by the word "racial".
S. 14 A section 17 of the Act, as amended by the Act of 30 December 1996, the following changes are made: 1 ° in clause 6, "communal and gendarmerie police" shall be replaced by the words "the Federal and local police police";
2 ° paragraph 7 is hereby repealed.

15. in article 20, § 5, paragraph 2, of the Act, as amended by the Act of 30 December 1996, the "fourth" Word is replaced by the word "third".
CHAPTER 3. -Amendment of article 371 of the Code of 1992 s. income tax 16 article 371 of the 1992 income tax Code, replaced by the law of 15 March 1999 and amended by the laws of July 20, 2006 and may 19, 2010, is supplemented by a paragraph as follows: "If the claim is made by registered mail, the date of the postmark on the proof of sending is worth as date of introduction.".
CHAPTER 4. -Amendments to article 1022 of the Judicial Code articles 17. article 1022, paragraph 8, of the Judicial Code, inserted by the Act of February 21, 2010, is complemented by a 3 ° as follows: "3 ° when a legal person of public law acts in the general interest, as a party in a proceeding.".
CHAPTER 5. -Entry into force art. 18. article 17 enter into force on the day of the entry into force of section 2 of the Act of February 21, 2010, amending articles 1022 code judicial and 162bis of the Code of criminal procedure.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be under the seal of the State and published by le Moniteur.
