The Chambers adopted and We sanction the following:
Article 1
er. This Act regulates a matter referred to in section 77, paragraph 1
er10° of the Constitution.
Art. 2. Assent is given to the cooperation agreement of 17 July 2013 between the Federal State, the Flemish Community, the French Community, the German-speaking Community, the Flemish Region, the Walloon Region, the Brussels-Capital Region, the French Community Commission and the Joint Community Commission on the implementation of the Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and the Council of 12 December 2006 on services in the domestic market.
Promulgate this Act, order that it be clothed with the seal of the State and published by the Belgian Monitor.
Given in Brussels on 27 May 2014.
