3 AVRIL 2013. - Act to include Book IV "Protection of competition" and Book V "Competition and price developments" in the Economic Law Code and to incorporate the definitions specific to Book IV and Book V and the provisions of the law specific to Book IV and Book V, in Book Ier Economic Law Code. - Erratum



At the Belgian Monitor No. 49 of 17 February 2014, the following corrections should be made in the German text:
- on page 12.900: in article IV.4, paragraph 1er, read "Les Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union (nachstehend "AEUV")" instead of "AEUV" and "der Europäischen Union" instead of "der Europäischen Gemeinschaften";
- on page 12.903: in article IV.16, § 3, read "AEUV" instead of "the Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union" and "the Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union (nachstehend "AEUV");
- on page 12.903: in article IV.10, § 8, read "Der Präsident der Belgischen Wettbewerbsbehörde (nachstehend "der Präsident")" instead of "Der Präsident";
- on page 12.903: Article IV.17, § 1er, read "Der Präsident" instead of "Der Präsident der Belgischen Wettbewerbsbehörde (nachstehend "der Präsident");
- on page 12.910: in article IV.50, read "AEUV" instead of "EG-Vertrags [sic, zu lesen ist: Artikel 101 Absatz 1 AEUV]".
This erratum follows the erratum published in the Belgian Monitor of February 16, 2015 (pages 12.627-12.629) by the Federal Public Service Economy, P.M.E., Average Classes and Energy.
